Tokeny Solutions is a Luxembourg-based regulated tokenization-infrastructure provider, founded in 2017 by Luc Falempin and majority-owned by Euronext since 2024. Tokeny created the ERC-3643 permissioned token standard (formerly T-REX), now the de-facto standard for institutional security tokens.
