Revenue model: Management Fee
Per MFSA filed final terms mTBILL carries a 7 bps redemption fee plus a 10 percent fee on interest earned, and mBASIS a 50 bps redemption fee plus the 10 percent interest fee. Instant redemptions add a fixed fee. Fee income is expected to cover issuer operating costs.

Midas Capital Markets (Switzerland) — Liechtenstein FMA prospectus-supervised tokenization platform. Issues mTBILL (US T-Bills), mBASIS (BTC/ETH delta-neutral basis trade), and other yield-bearing on-chain tokens. Backed by Galaxy Ventures, Framework, BlockTower.
Regulatory status
mTokens are blockchain based certificates with ISINs issued by Midas Software GmbH under a base prospectus approved by the Liechtenstein FMA under the EU Prospectus Regulation and passported across the EEA. The approval attaches to the securities prospectus rather than an operating licence. December 2024 approval opened mTBILL and mBASIS to EEA retail investors with no minimum.
Entity structure
Midas Software GmbH in Berlin is both operating company and securities issuer, a single entity structure. Tokens are debt instruments backed by the referenced underlying with a security agent acting for tokenholders. Fees are defined per token in EU filed final terms.
