Libeara is a permissioned institutional tokenization platform launched in November 2023 by SC Ventures (Standard Chartered's innovation arm) and led by CEO Aaron Gwak (16+ years at Standard Chartered). Headquartered in Singapore, Libeara has supported the tokenisation of US$1B+ in regulated assets including a top-rated tokenised US Treasury fund and the first tokenised retail money-market fund in Asia.
