Issuer registry, regulation & leadership
Regulatory status
Hastra is operated by Signum Ltd., a British Virgin Islands company wholly owned by Provenance Cayman Foundation, and holds no disclosed registration with any financial regulator. Its own site states wYLDS is not registered with the SEC or any securities regulator. The underlying YLDS reserve asset is an SEC registered security issued by Figure Certificate Company, which is independent of Hastra.
Entity structure
Signum Ltd., a BVI company doing business as Hastra and wholly owned by Provenance Cayman Foundation, mints wYLDS on Solana against a reserve of YLDS purchased with user USDC. YLDS is issued by Figure Certificate Company, an SEC registered face amount certificate company independent of Hastra. PRIME is minted when users stake wYLDS with yield from Democratized Prime HELOC pools.
