Sygnum Bank AG is a FINMA-licensed Swiss digital asset bank, founded in 2018 by Mathias Imbach and Manuel Krieger. Headquartered in Zurich with a second hub in Singapore (MAS-licensed), Sygnum offers banking, custody, trading, asset management, and tokenization to institutional and qualified-private clients. The Sygnum FIUSD Liquidity Fund is a tokenized USD money-market fund issued on Arbitrum that invests in short-duration US Treasuries and high-grade USD cash equivalents. It is the bank's primary tokenized cash-management product and complements the broader Sygnum tokenization stack (including IPC bond tokens, gold tokens, and equity tokenization).
