Instant reUSD redemptions carry a 6 bps fee and mint fees are shown in the mint flow rather than published. Economics are spread based with reUSD accruing SOFR plus 250 bps and reUSDe risk free plus 850 bps while the reinsurer retains the excess from premiums and trust collateral yield, attested daily by The Network Firm via Chainlink.

Regulatory status
Regulated reinsurance activity is conducted exclusively by Cover Reinsurance SPC Ltd., a Class B(iii) licensed Cayman segregated portfolio company regulated by CIMA. The protocol itself is operated by Resilience Foundation, a Cayman foundation company holding no insurance licence, with affiliates Resilience (BVI) Ltd and Resilience Inv SPC. Tokens are offered only to non US persons under Regulation S with mandatory KYC and a MiCA whitepaper for reUSD is published.
Entity structure
Resilience Foundation operates the protocol supported by Resilience (BVI) Ltd and Resilience Inv SPC. Cover Reinsurance SPC Ltd. is the separately CIMA regulated reinsurer deploying protocol capital into treaties secured by Regulation 114 trusts with Truist and Computershare as trustees.
