About Fidelity
Fidelity Treasury Digital Fund OnChain Class (FYOXX) is the first SEC-registered MMF from Fidelity Investments to record ownership on a public blockchain. Launched 2025 by Fidelity Investments, FYOXX is a share class of the existing Fidelity Treasury Digital Fund and invests in US Treasury securities and repurchase agreements collateralized by Treasuries. Share ownership is recorded on Ethereum via a transfer-agent-controlled smart contract; the on-chain class is institutional-only with a $1M minimum and offered to qualified institutional buyers. Tokens are non-transferable and non-self-custodied; redemptions are in USD via the transfer agent. Fidelity is a top-5 US asset manager and one of the largest US 401(k) administrators; the FYOXX launch follows competitor MMFs from BlackRock (BUIDL), Franklin Templeton (BENJI), and WisdomTree (WTGXX).
