Regulatory status
Falcon Digital Limited states in its Terms that it is not currently licensed by any regulatory authority, with BVI governing law and the US and Singapore among restricted jurisdictions. Reserve assurance comes from quarterly ISAE 3000 attestations by Harris and Trotter LLP and daily reserve verification rather than a regulator. GENIUS and MiCA licensing discussions are disclosed but no authorization exists as of July 2026.
Entity structure
USDf and sUSDf are issued by Falcon Digital Limited trading as Falcon Finance under BVI law. DWF Labs is the seed investor and incubator but a separate entity. No registered office or incorporation number is printed in the public Terms.
