About Cashlink
Cashlink Technologies GmbH is a Frankfurt-based BaFin-licensed Crypto Securities Registrar under the German eWpG (Electronic Securities Act). In 2025 Cashlink served as the on-chain registrar for the first euro-denominated electronic bond ("NRW1") issued by NRW.BANK, the AAA-rated development bank of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. NRW.BANK's obligations are explicitly guaranteed by the State of NRW (Anstaltslast, Gewährträgerhaftung), making NRW1 an unconditional sovereign-grade credit. The bond is recorded on Polygon as a crypto security. Cashlink runs the issuance and lifecycle infrastructure for several other German Mittelstand and DACH issuers and is a key piece of the German on-chain fixed-income stack.
