Fluid protocol has grown to over $1.8B TVL with billions in monthly DEX volume, unifying lending, borrowing, and trading in a novel architecture. Enabling FLUID as collateral leverages Api3’s OEV oracles for volatility protection and Morpho’s partial liquidation to manage risks more effectively than traditional mechanisms.
Proposal to vest 0.5% of $FLUID supply to compensate affected ETH-USDC LPs and provide monthly rewards until DEX v2 launch, leveraging treasury holdings amid rising governance revenue to support pool experimentation.
