Entity structure
The U token is issued by United Stables Limited in the BVI. Tokens confer no ownership or profit rights, redemption is available only to onboarded Mint Users, and reserves of cash, T-bills, and stablecoins are not held in trust. Secondary market holders have no direct redemption right.
Regulation
United Stables Limited is a British Virgin Islands company with registration number 2193253 under BVI governing law. The company expressly states it has not obtained registration, authorization, or licensing under MiCA, the Hong Kong Stablecoins Ordinance, the US GENIUS Act, or any securities law. Transparency relies on a live Chainlink Proof of Reserve page with no named audit firm.
