StableStock is a Hong Kong-headquartered TraDeFi platform founded in 2025 by CEO Zixi (ex-Matrix Partners China crypto-investment lead), COO Zac, and CMO Evie. The platform issues 1:1 tokenized US equities (sStocks) on BNB Chain alongside yield-bearing vault strategies, enabling 24/7 market access, mint/redeem arbitrage, and on-chain liquidity for non-US users. StableStock raised a seed round from YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs), MPCi, and Vertex Ventures, and partners with Safeheron for institutional-grade custody and transaction security. Block Street is the primary DeFi integration partner for sStocks distribution.
