Asset Information
IssuerWiseSoft, LLC
Registry InformationWiseSoft, LLC, formed January 2021 per the issuer's own documentation, operating publicly as WISE Token and Wise Lending. Founder and chief executive named publicly as Peter Girr. State of formation, company registration number and registered address are not disclosed anywhere in the issuer's documentation and could not be located in registry or trademark records, so jurisdiction is treated as unknown. The WISE LENDING trademark, serial 98811807, is registered to WiseSoft LLC. No money transmitter, e-money, VASP or other financial licence was located. World Mobile publicly confirmed Wise Lending as a Distribution Partner in its partner programme announcement dated January 2025, which establishes the commercial relationship but not any World Mobile obligation to token holders. Contracts are verified as WiseTelecomNodesDiamond compiled with solc 0.8.36. No audit of these contracts exists. The only audit in the WISE ecosystem covers the unrelated 2020 WISE staking token.

Notes
- wtnUSDG is a deposit vault token issued by WiseSoft LLC under the WISE Token brand and marketed as exposure to World Mobile AirNode telecom infrastructure. World Mobile has publicly confirmed a distribution partnership with Wise Lending, but World Mobile is not the issuer and no public document establishes any World Mobile obligation to token holders. World Mobile documentation states that AirNodes cannot be fractionally operated and require a single registered owner, so holders do not hold title to node hardware. The instrument functions as an unsecured claim on WiseSoft that accrues a fixed rate set by the operator. The contract stores an interest rate of twenty percent annualized, reconfigurable by the admin up to a two hundred percent ceiling, and no contract logic reads node revenue. Interest accrues to a separate ledger rather than to the token balance, so the balance does not rebase and holders claim or compound separately. There is no issuer redemption function and no withdraw selector is registered on the diamond. The only exit is a peer funded sell order queue in which the seller sets a discount and another depositor fills the order. Deposits are forwarded off chain to a third party address rather than retained by the contract. The underlying deposit asset is USDG, the Global Dollar stablecoin, and the vault forwards to a different third party address than the USDC and USDT vaults use. The escrow mechanism is lock and release rather than mint and burn. Placing an order transfers tokens to the contract, leaving the queue returns them to the seller, and filling an order releases them to the buyer, with total supply unchanged throughout.
