- sBMNR tokenizes BitMine Immersion Technologies (NYSE American: BMNR), the public Ethereum Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) company chaired by Fundstrat's Tom Lee. BitMine is one of the largest corporate ETH holders (multi-million ETH treasury) and also operates immersion-cooled Bitcoin mining. The sToken gives on-chain traders BSC-native exposure to BMNR via 1:1 backing: the underlying shares are custodied off-chain by StableBroker (StableStock's licensed broker partner with HabitTrade), while 24/7 on-chain liquidity is provided by Native. Issuance and redemption are KYC-gated. The BEP-20 token itself is transfer-permissionless.
