Notes

  • wbMSTR is the ERC-4626 wrapped version of bMSTR (Backed MicroStrategy Incorporated Class A Common Stock), deployed across multiple chains. It wraps bMSTR into a standardized vault-share token to enable DeFi composability such as use as collateral in lending markets, automated strategies, and other yield protocols. Each wbMSTR represents a share claim on deposited bMSTR. Underlying real-world exposure, redemption mechanics, and reference price tracking are inherited from the underlying bMSTR token issued by Backed Finance. The wrapper does not rebase, so its share-to-underlying ratio grows as Backed's bToken adjusts its balance for dividends and corporate events, making it a total-return tracker rather than a price-parity tracker.
