- TBONDS13 is a SwarmX-issued token that provides on-chain exposure to the referenced fund (US Treasury Bond ETF 1-3yrs) under SwarmX’s prospectus-based Stock Certificate Token program. For dividends and other distributions, the Final Terms describe that the custodian receives the payment, forwards it to a conversion service provider to convert into stablecoins (USD stablecoins when available, otherwise EUR stablecoins at the issuer’s discretion), and makes the payout available via a Dividend Smart Contract. Tokenholders must claim distributions, and unclaimed dividends are forfeited once a token is redeemed. Tokenholder rights are contractual and defined in the prospectus and Final Terms, and are not the same as holding the underlying security directly.
