- PRISM is a synthetic multi-strategy yield token issued by OpenEden Digital, a Bermuda Monetary Authority licensed segregated accounts company holding DABA license 202403468. It maintains a target 1 dollar NAV and is minted 1 to 1 against USDO. The underlying portfolio is managed by Monarq Asset Management, an NFA member and CFTC-registered CPO majority-owned by FalconX, and spans cash and carry arbitrage, overcollateralized institutional lending, blue-chip on-chain and DeFi yield strategies, and regulated tokenized RWAs including US Treasury-backed tokens. Because the collateral mix includes non-RWA crypto-native strategies alongside the RWA base, PRISM is classified as a Programmable Finance active vault sitting on top of the RWA stablecoin layer. A separate value-accruing staked version known as xPRISM exists as a wrapper on top of PRISM.
