- apyUSD is Apyx’s Ethereum-native, non-rebasing ERC-4626 savings wrapper for apxUSD. Users deposit apxUSD into a permissionless vault and receive apyUSD shares whose exchange rate increases over time as yield is streamed onchain. Yield is sourced from dividends generated by the protocol’s offchain collateral basket of DAT preferred shares, such as STRC and SATA, plus short-term Treasuries. Redemptions are asynchronous: users first receive apxUSD_unlock, then claim apxUSD after an approximately 30-day cooldown.
