- STGGBR is a staked yield-bearing ERC-4626 wrapper of the Goldfish Gold (GGBR) token operated by SMG Development Inc. Daily yield is injected into the vault at a target APY, with the accrued value priced against the underlying GGBR. The underlying GGBR is backed by NI 43-101 verified in-situ (unmined, in-ground) gold reserves of publicly listed I-ON Digital Corp (OTCQB: IONI), over-collateralized approximately 5 to 1 with UCC-1 liens against the mining property. This is materially different from allocated LBMA bullion tokens such as PAXG or XAUT because the underlying is unmined ore rather than refined vault-held gold. Because value accrues via yield injections layered on top of the base GGBR claim, STGGBR is classified as a Programmable Finance active vault sitting on top of the GGBR base token.
