Zoth's collateral accounting incorrectly calculated LTV (Loan-To-Value) after swapping collateral via Uniswap V3. An attacker used flash loans to manipulate V3 exchange rates, making a minimal deposit swap for far fewer tokens than should be received, then minting ZeUSD against the phantom collateral difference.
