OTC is a Solana launchpad. Each coin launched on OTC uses its creator fees to buy a reward token its holders choose (tokenized stocks, pre-IPO or yield tokens) and airdrop it to them. The rest of the fees go to Desk NFT owners, $OTC buyback-and-burn and the protocol
Methodology
Fees: Creator fees from coins launched on OTC (Pump.fun bonding curve and PumpSwap), paid out by Pump.fun to OTC's fee wallet, plus the creator fees of the $OTC token itself, plus the 0.5 SOL surcharge paid on every Desk NFT mint (refundable account rent excluded).
