TVL: GRAM controlled by the Hipo treasury: coins backing hGRAM (including coins lent to validators) plus deposits pending for the next validation round, less any shortfall left behind by a defaulting borrowerView code on GitHubFees: Validation rewards credited to the pool, summed from the treasury's repayment logs for the day, plus the GRAM that reached Hipo's buy-and-burn contract and was spent on HPO.
