Governance Rights
ControlUsers who stake BP for a minimum of one year can convert their tokens into Backpack company equity at a fixed ratio. There are no token allocations to investors or insiders. BP supply is distributed progressively, with unlocks tied to growth milestones and a fully locked corporate treasury structure.

No founders, employees or venture investors receive tokens at TGE. Users who stake BP for a minimum of one year can convert their tokens into Backpack company equity at a fixed ratio. Backpack Exchange reserves sole discretion over staking tiers & benefits and what counts as an "Exit Event".
Economic Rights
Value CaptureStaking BP unlocks access to reduced trading fees, free wire transfers, additional yield and an equity exchange after 1 year of staking. After staking for a period of one year, staked BP can be exchanged for non-voting equity in special-purpose vehicles that hold shares in the Backpack operating companies. Staking beyond 1 year earns bonus equity from an additional pool, accruing over the following 3 years. Backpack Exchange reserves sole discretion over staking tiers & benefits and what counts as an "Exit Event".
