Seamless is a multichain protocol using Leverage Tokens (LTs) wrap looping, yield farming, leveraged positions simple ERC-20 tokens. The governance token (SEAM), esSEAM, staking module (stkSEAM), and onchain governance operate on Base. esSEAM is an escrowed version of SEAM that linearly unlocks over 12 months.
Governance Rights
ControlAll SEAM holders can participate in governance so long as they have delegated their SEAM. Users can either self-delegate or delegate their vote to another address.
Governance Decisions
There are 3 types of proposals: • Offchain proposals (via Snapshot Labs) or General Proposals are utilized for various offchain initiatives that do not have an onchain component. Anyone with at least 1 SEAM token can submit a proposal to a vote. Quorum will be set to 1 million SEAM and a simple majority is required to have been considered as “passed”. • Onchain Proposals. Any wallet with sufficient voting power can create a Seamless Improvement Proposal (SIP). The current Proposal voting power requirement is set at 0.2% of the SEAM token supply. • Protocol Changes are proposals pertaining to any risk parameter changes, the addition of new asset markets, decisions about the SEAM token emissions rate, etc. 3 days voting period. Quorum: 1.5% of token supply (For, No, and Abstain votes count toward quorum). Vote differential: Number of For votes > Number of Against votes. • Governance Changes cover changes to broader protocol governance structures, format, processes and quorum thresholds, and therefore require a higher margin of “For” votes to pass. 10 Days Voting Period. Quorum: 1.5% of token supply (For, No, and Abstain votes count toward quorum). Vote differential: Number of For votes > 2 x Number of Against votes.
Treasury Decisions
DAO Treasury received 44% of token supply at TGE with a 60 month unlock schedule. Unlocked tokens are emitted upon specific DAO governance action.

Fee Switch
ON100% of Seamless vaults fees on Morpho are directed to stakers (stkSEAM holders). Leverage Tokens also have fee switches built-in, which can be turned on by governance, but remain off currently.
Primary Value Accrual
Protocol Revenue ShareValue accrues to SEAM stakers through distribution of protocol fees
Economic Rights
Value CaptureSeamless vault fees on Morpho are directed to stakers (stkSEAM holders). Currently, the assets included in protocol fee capture are smcbBTC, smETH and smUSDC, this list may change overtime. Stakers accrue any SEAM or esSEAM rewards DAO governance votes to emit to stakers.
