- wbNVDA is the ERC-4626 wrapped version of bNVDA (Backed NVIDIA Corporation), deployed across multiple chains. It wraps bNVDA into a standardized vault-share token to enable DeFi composability such as use as collateral in lending markets, automated strategies, and other yield protocols. Each wbNVDA represents a share claim on deposited bNVDA. Underlying real-world exposure, redemption mechanics, and reference price tracking are inherited from the underlying bNVDA token issued by Backed Finance. The wrapper does not rebase, so its share-to-underlying ratio grows as Backed's bToken adjusts its balance for dividends and corporate events, making it a total-return tracker rather than a price-parity tracker.
