- wIWMx is the ERC-4626 wrapped version of IWMx (Russell 2000 xStock). It wraps IWMx into a standardized vault-share token to enable DeFi composability such as use as collateral in lending markets, automated strategies, and other yield protocols. Each wIWMx represents a share claim on deposited IWMx. Underlying real-world exposure, redemption mechanics, and reference price tracking are inherited from the underlying IWMx xStock issued by Backed. The wrapper does not rebase, so its share-to-underlying ratio grows with the xStocks multiplier, making it a total-return tracker rather than a price-parity tracker.
