- SECUon is an Ondo Stocks tokenized ETF exposure designed to provide economic exposure to the iShares Securitized Income Active ETF (SECU) in an onchain format. The underlying SECU is an actively managed bond ETF that provides concentrated exposure to US securitized debt, primarily non-agency mortgage-backed securities (private-label RMBS), with additional allocations to commercial mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities. Under normal conditions at least 80 percent of net assets sit in securitized assets and at least 25 percent are concentrated in non-agency mortgage-backed securities. SECU pursues higher total return through a broad credit mandate that permits both investment grade and high yield securitized paper, with duration flexibility across short to long maturities depending on market conditions. The token is designed to be fully backed by the underlying publicly traded asset, together with cash in transit, held with regulated custodial broker-dealers. Holdings attestations and ongoing reporting are surfaced through Ondo trust and transparency materials and the product asset page. Tokenholders are not shareholders of the underlying and do not receive shareholder voting rights. Dividend value is reflected through total return mechanics. Ondo Stocks adjusts the token to account for dividends net of withholding taxes and reinvests that value into additional shares, increasing the shares per token over time instead of paying cash dividends directly to tokenholders.
