- JR-strcUSX is the junior tranche of the Solstice strcUSX YieldVault on Solana. Depositors lock USX and receive a non-rebasing vault token that earns the residual yield remaining after the senior tranche is paid, funded by income linked to Strategy Inc. Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock. Holders do not own STRC shares and instead hold a claim on the vault that settles back to USX. Junior capital is first loss and absorbs realised losses on the STRC book ahead of senior, with a maximum loss of the full position. The token is priced on book value rather than the live STRC mark, and primary redemption is limited to monthly withdrawal windows with a cut off eight days before each window.
