- iREET is an ERC-4626 vault-share token issued by Regnum Aurum Acquisition Corp. (operating as RAAC) that represents a fractional interest in a diversified pool of US single-family residential real estate properties tokenized on-chain as RAAC Property NFTs (RAACNFT). At launch the portfolio held 16 US single-family homes generating approximately 34.5 thousand US dollars per month in rental income, with the current portfolio at 17 properties. The rental strategy focuses on Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program tenancies. Property valuations are computed via a RAACHousePriceOracle powered by Chainlink Functions with third-party property verification cited as Roofstock, and re-valuations occur approximately twice yearly. NAV per iREET share is calculated on-chain as the sum of current property valuations divided by circulating supply.
