- SR-strcUSX is the senior tranche of the Solstice strcUSX YieldVault on Solana. Depositors lock USX and receive a non-rebasing vault token whose value accretes toward an indicative target return funded by income linked to Strategy Inc. Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock. Holders do not own STRC shares and instead hold a claim on the vault that settles back to USX. Junior tranche capital absorbs realised losses on the STRC book before senior principal is affected, outside a liquidation event. Redemption is available at one to one through a fifteen day cooldown queue or immediately for a fee, and the token is transferable across Solana DeFi.
