- SPYB is a tokenized certificate issued by BTECH Holdings Limited (ADGM) that provides economic exposure to SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust. SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P 500 index, which measures the performance of 500 large-cap U.S. companies. Each token is backed 1 to 1 by a corresponding ETF unit held in a segregated custody account with a regulated custodian under ADGM FSRA Ledger-Based Securities rules. SPYB is admitted to the ADGM Official List of Securities. Convertibility to real units is available via the Binance-affiliated broker-dealer Nest Trading Limited, and distribution value is delivered through an on-chain Multiplier rebasing mechanism at the bStocks framework level.
