(formerly MicroStrategy Incorporated) is a Nasdaq-listed enterprise-software company that has adopted a Bitcoin treasury operating model, holding one of the largest corporate Bitcoin reserves in the world. Each token is backed 1 to 1 by a corresponding share held in a segregated custody account with a regulated custodian under ADGM FSRA Ledger-Based Securities rules.
