Notes

LUSD is Liquity’s decentralized USD stablecoin minted by borrowing against ETH collateral via non-custodial Troves. The peg is supported by an ETH-only collateral design, liquidation via the Stability Pool, and a built-in redemption mechanism that allows LUSD to be redeemed for ETH at face value.
