The token is designed to be fully backed by the underlying portfolio constituents, together with cash in transit, held with regulated custodial broker-dealers. Holdings attestations and ongoing reporting are surfaced through Ondo trust and transparency materials and the product asset page. Tokenholders are not shareholders of the underlying constituents and do not receive shareholder voting rights. The portfolio is total return: dividends and income are reinvested into the portfolio rather than paid as cash distributions to tokenholders.
