The sole purpose of the WLFI token is to participate in governance of the World Liberty Financial Protocol.
Governance Rights
ControlWLFI enables token holders to propose, discuss, and vote on governance matters that help shape the direction and evolution of the protocol. WLFI is not intended for use outside of governance.
Governance Decisions
All $WLFI will have equal voting power within the WLF Protocol, but no persons may vote in excess of 5% of the outstanding votable Token supply regardless of the number of $WLFI held, subject to community voting and governance proposals. Approval of a governance proposal does not guarantee implementation.
Treasury Decisions
Treasury management remains under World Liberty Financial LLC control.
Revenue Decisions
Token holders to not have rights to any fees generated by the protocol.
Fee Switch
OFFToken holders to not have rights to any fees generated by the protocol. A proposal to use WLFI Treasury Liquidity fees for token buybacks and burns passed in September 2025. No buybacks or burns have taken place at this time.
Equity Statement
WLFI holders are not members of WLF, and tokens do not confer equity, financial interest, or membership in any entity.
Economic Rights
Value CaptureThe Token does not provide any economic or other rights with respect to the WLF Protocol or otherwise. As a result, holders will not have any rights to any fees generated by the WLF Protocol or earned by the Company.
Buybacks
N/AA governance proposal to use 100% of WLFI Treasury Liquidity Fees for Buyback & Burn passed in September 2025. No action has been taken at this time.
