Fees: StonkFun's share of trading fees only. Three sources: the 1% platform fee on every trade against the Raydium LaunchLab bonding curves it configures; the creator fee on every swap in the Raydium CPMM pools those launches graduate into, which StonkFun claims as pool creator; and its share of trading fees harvested from the permanently locked liquidity behind each launch.
