Tax-token launchpad on Arc. Each launch mints its whole supply into a single-sided Uniswap v4 position held by a locker with no withdrawal path, so there is no bonding curve and no migration — the token trades in a real v4 pool from block one, and a per-launch hook charges a buy/sell tax on every swap.
Methodology
TVL: TVL is the quote-asset side of the permanently locked launch liquidity. Launches are enumerated from the registry of every ArgusPad Portal on both the Uniswap v4 and the retired Uniswap v3 line - Portal 8, which keeps no token list, through the parts factory that deploys its launches, each candidate confirmed by Portal 8's own registry and the count checked against its launchCount() - each Portal supplying the id of the LP NFT held by that launch's locker, and each position is then valued from its pool key, tick range and the pool's current price. Only the seven assets a launch can be quoted in are counted - USDC, EURC, WETH, cirBTC, ARGUS, ARCASH and XAUM. The launch token on the other side of every position is excluded, because its only market is the pool ArgusPad itself seeded with the entire supply and pricing it there would make TVL reflexive. Uncollected trading fees, the balances parked in the per-launch fee splitters and escrows, and the launched tokens Portal 8 buys and locks in its lock vault are also excluded. Marked doublecounted because the locked v4 positions sit in the Uniswap v4 PoolManager on Arc and are already inside Uniswap v4's TVL there.View code on GitHubFees: The tax ArgusPad's per-launch hook charges on every buy and sell, the trading fee each launch's pool charges (on Portals 3-7 the 1% pool fee earned by the permanently locked launch position; on Portal 8 a 1% base fee the hook charges in the quote asset in its place), and the extra tax charged on buys in a launch's first seconds. Counted in the asset the fee is charged in, at the moment it is charged, so the protocol's later sale of the launched tokens it was paid is not counted a second time.
