The token is designed to be fully backed by the underlying publicly traded ETF, together with cash in transit, held with regulated custodial broker-dealers. Tokenholders are not shareholders of the underlying and do not receive shareholder voting rights. ETF distributions are reflected through Ondo's total return mechanics, with value reinvested net of applicable withholding taxes.
