The unlock date remains the same — June 22nd. All investors in the BAG / USDC pool will have time until June 22 to decide whether to participate in the distribution of additional tokens or withdraw their funds when the funds are unlocked.

As part of further promotion of the BAG token, we are planning to move forward with our collaboration with Waves Blockchain and launch a new staking pool involving one of Waves’ assets — the Neutrino USD (USDN) stablecoin. Waves has proven to be one of the strongest players on the market and has built a loyal community of active users worldwide. As a part of our collaboration with Waves, we offer to launch the USDN/BAG staking pool with the same pool rate as the USDC/BAG pool (20,000 BAG/day). The staking contract has already been deployed and the ownership transferred to BondAppetit Governance. If the proposal is accepted, 500,000 BAG tokens will be transferred from the treasury and the reward distribution process will be launched.

We are proposing to launch a liquidity pool on PancakeSwap (similar to Uniswap) with the option of direct buying and staking of BAG tokens on the Binance Smart Chain. To integrate with the BSC blockchain, we will use the BurgerSwap gateway, which is a proven solution used for transferring tokens between Ethereum and the BSC.

On the BSC network, we will use the bBAG token — a simplified version of the BAG token that can be instantly converted into a regular BAG token on the Ethereum network, and vice versa.

  

The process of transferring tokens to the BSC cannot be completed automatically through a contract, so we will be transferring the funds to BondAppétite: Deployer (0x6Eff5218f3EBB8A813539DBA87bD5c7D4d2B3dcc) — a special wallet used to launch the protocol.

  

After that, the tokens will be manually transferred to the BSC network through the BurgerSwap gateway and a staking contract will be launched on the platform. We will inform the community about the launch of distribution on the staking contract.

There will be no lock on the tokens.  
  

The fund retains the option of acquiring additional tokens at the same price. To ensure price stability of the BAG token, the option can be executed only under the following conditions:

— The option becomes available 6 months after the first purchase and must be executed within a 30-day timeframe.

— The fund must have BAG tokens in its wallet at the moment of the second purchase;

— The fund cannot acquire more tokens than it already has in its wallet at the moment of the second purchase.  
  

The option mechanism will be implemented in the form of a smart contract.
