Go Multi-Chain with ELNA AI

As part of the recent launch of Sonic V3, we are introducing significant improvements to enhance the functionality and efficiency of liquidity pools on Sonic. For the same we have taken measures to migrate all existing  Liquidity Pools to V3.

To streamline the transition process for all DAOs and ensure a seamless migration of liquidity, we have developed a new automated migration tool. This tool is designed to auto-migrate all existing DAO LPs to V3, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. During migration we will be transferring control of the Liquidity pool to Sonic infrastructure's keeper wallet (vfke4-5457j-s3xak-62zin-t6tx7-vqw5r-rxxk6-a3xp3-th6dr-ne6ti-4ae) temporarily to handle the migration smoothly After the migration, the control will be transferred back to respective DAO governance canister


We are requesting approval from the ELNA DAO to grant permission for the Sonic team to  automate the liquidity migration of ELNA DAO token. Once approved, the Sonic team will handle the entire migration process, ensuring that ELNA liquidity is transferred seamlessly to V3.

Title: Proposal for Airdropping ELNA DAO tokens for Marketing & Promotion by Community Leaders and Contest Winners and for Hackathon Developers.

As many of you know, ELNA has engaged with a few community leaders to help support our growth leading up to becoming a DAO. Along with which, we'd conducted a series of engaging contests, aimed at raising awareness about our project and encouraging community participation and we're grateful for the overwhelming response and creativity from each participant. We have also conducted Asia's 1st DeAi hackathon for which the winner-developers have been awarded for their innovative projects as well. 


In light of this, we would like to propose an airdrop of ELNA DAO SNS tokens to the community leaders, contest winners and developers. This initiative serves as a token of appreciation for their efforts and contributions, while also providing them with an opportunity to further engage with our project.

Subsequent proposals can be made to add more liquidity or to adjust the ranges if the price of ELNA moves significantly.

We are now poised to focus on visibility, legal strengthening, monetization, and revenue generation as we move into the final quarter of 2024. To support these initiatives, we request 40K ICP from the SNS Treasury, trusting that our community will support this proposal from the ELNA Dev team.

### Key Achievements from the Last Quarters

1. Community Engagement and Traction:
ELNA successfully engaged the community through a series of physical and online hackathons and events, that have helped skill up and grow the number of developers building AI on blockchain, while also educating them on the Internet Computer, fostering a vibrant dev ecosystem around our platform.
2. Launch of ELNA Developer Marketplace:
We proudly launched the ELNA Developer Marketplace, onboarding over 50 developers to accelerate AI innovation on the IC blockchain.
3. Inception of ELNA Community Grant:
To further encourage AI development on the IC blockchain, we initiated the ELNA Community Grant, empowering developers with the resources needed to bring their projects to life.
4. Advanced Vector Database Release:
We released our advanced vector database, a critical component in enhancing our AI capabilities and infrastructure, through indexing and storing vector embeddings for fast retrieval and similarity search of data.
5. Progress on Fully On-chain Embedding Model:
We made significant strides in developing a fully on-chain embedding model, bringing us closer to realizing our vision of decentralized AI.
6. Team Expansion:
ELNA expanded its team to 10 full-time members, ensuring that we have the talent and capacity to drive our ambitious growth plans forward.

1. Visibility and Brand Awareness:
We will launch targeted marketing campaigns and strategic PR efforts to increase ELNA’s visibility, attract new users, and establish ourselves as a leader in the AI and blockchain space.

As regulatory landscapes continue to evolve, we will engage legal experts to ensure robust compliance frameworks around intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate governance.
3. Monetization and Revenue Generation:
Our focus will shift towards identifying and activating revenue streams, including the introduction of billing and sales mechanisms within the ELNA platform.
4. Community and Ecosystem Development:
We will continue to build our community through events, workshops, hackathons, and engagement activities, growing the developer ecosystem, encouraging active participation in ELNA’s expansion.
